Accommodation

The conference will take place at Caravel Hotel, in Athens, Greece. There is a special room rate for individuals attending the conference which can be accessed by adding the promotional code EUROC as can be seen in the screenshot below (online form may differ slightly from the screenshot depending on your browser). The price is 150 euros for a single room and 170 euros for a double room and includes taxes and breakfast.

Booking Instructions

1. Click here to make a hotel reservation.
2. Click on the "Enter your access or promotional code" button.
3. Choose "Promo/Corporate Code" and fill in the code EUROC.
4. Choose your reservation dates and click "Continue".
5. In the next page, choose the "EUROCRYPT GROUP MAY 2013"
   option and click "Select" and then "Book"

Booking Instructions for Safari browser users

1. Click here to make a hotel reservation.
2. At the top bar menu, click at "Corporate Rates".
3. At the pop-up menu, enter the code EUROC and "Sign in".
4. Choose your reservation dates from the Calendar at the left.
5. Choose Room Type -> Superior Room -> EUROCRYPT GROUP MAY 2013
6. In the next page, choose the "EUROCRYPT GROUP MAY 2013"
   option and click "Select" and then "Book"
7. Make sure your reservation dates fall within the time slot allocated
   to Eurocrypt (May 23-June 3) and click "Continue This Reservation".
8. In the next page, fill in your reservation information and complete your reservation.
