Registration

On-line registration is done via the IACR registration form.  To use that form you will need your IACR reference number and password.  If you do not have this information (e.g., if this is your first IACR conference), you can have the information mailed to you as explained in the registration form. You can pay on-line or by other means, following the instructions there.  Registration includes the sessions and social events of the conference, as well as a copy of the proceedings.

Registration Fees*

  1. *Fees include IACR membership.  Attendees of earlier 2011 IACR conferences / workshops will be charged reduced registration fees (-$70 for regular registration, -$35 for students).

NOTE: Room availability at discounted rates at the conference venue is guaranteed only through Sunday, January 16, 2011.

Optional excursion: Explore Mardi Gras!

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests received by Friday, February 18, 2011 are entitled to a refund less $120 to cover a copy of the proceedings and fixed costs for the conference.  No refunds (full or partial) will be issued after February 18, but a copy of the proceedings will be mailed to those registered but unable to attend. No refunds will be issued for any unused portions of the registration.

Visa Information

You need a valid passport to enter Italy.  It is highly recommended that passports have at least six months validity remaining after your intended date of departure from your travel destination.  A visa is not required for citizens of the EU, the USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, and several other countries: you may check visa requirements for your nationality here.  Visitors who need a visa should request a standard Schengen visa: for more information, see here and here.

Student Stipends

Thanks to financial support by Google and IBM Research, partial students stipends are available to cover registration fees for students who are presenting a paper at the conference and need financial assistance. To apply for a stipend, have your advisor or department chair send a brief justification to the General Chairs by February 18.
