1996 IACR Election Results
The results of the 1996 IACR election are as follows:Election of Directors
Candidates Gilles Brassard , Ueli Maurer , and Bart Preneel were elected as directors with terms expiring December 1999. A complete roster of the IACR board of directors is now available .Revision of Bylaws
On the question of approval of revisions to the IACR bylaws as published in teh June 1996 Newsletter, the following votes were cast:- Approve: 190 *
- Do not approve: 9
* Notes: 259 ballots were cast. Of these, 36 ballots were spoiled because they could not be authenticated as coming from a member.
