Welcome to the 8th electronic issue of the IACR Newsletter!
We are entering the third calendar year of the electronic IACR Newsletter. I think it is fair to say that the current form of the Newsletter together with the Web site is well accepted by cryptographers from around the world -- at least judging by the number of inputs I receive for publication.Noteworthy items in this issue:
