FSE 2009 Registration

Registration at the door
If you wish to register at the door, please send us an e-mail before Friday February 20th at lunchtime. Otherwise your lunch on Monday cannot be guaranteed. Thank you for your understanding.

On-line registration and payment is handled via the IACR registration form . To use this form you will need your IACR reference number and password. If you do not have this information (e.g., if this is your first IACR conference), enter your details and you will receive an IACR reference number after registration and payment. Each IACR reference number should correspond to a unique email address. You can pay on-line with a credit card (you will received detailed instructions).

Registration includes all sessions, one copy of the preproceedings and the proceedings, welcoming reception (Sunday evening), reception and concert (Monday evening), banquet (Tuesday evening), all coffee breaks and lunches.

Note that registration to FSE 2009 includes the IACR membership fee (and in particular a subscription to the Journal of Cryptology).
If you have already registered for an IACR conference in 2009 the registration fee will be reduced (by US$ 88 for regular attendees and US$ 44 for students).

If you are for some reason unable to pay on-line, you should contact the general chair well in advance of the conference: fse2009@esat.kuleuven.be.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests received by 9 February 2009 are entitled to a refund less a US$ 100 processing fee. A canceled registration still entitles you to one copy of the proceedings. No refunds (full or partial) will be issued after 9 February. No refunds will be given for portions of the registration not being used.

Financial support

A limited number of stipends are available to students. Preference will be given to those who are presenting papers at the conference. To apply for a stipend, send a motivated application by 23 January 2009 to the general chair: fse2009@esat.kuleuven.be. You are also strongly encouraged to request your advisor or department chair to send a brief justification to support your application.
