Registration

The registration fee (regular or students) includes a copy of the proceedings, a welcome drink, a banquet, coffee breaks, lunches, Monday's dinner, and IACR membership. Note that it does not include sledging of Monday afternoon.

The accompaying person fee includes a welcome drink, a banquet, and Monday's dinner.

The hotel booking is a separate process and must be done by the participant himself. We stronlgy recomend to book the hotel as soon as possible since the number of free hotel rooms in Les Diablerets is decreasing a lot at this time.


Early registration deadline: December 10, 2004

Registration fees:

1. Regular registration: US$ 500 (resp. US$ 600 after December 10)
2. Full-time student registration: US$ 250 (resp. US$ 350 after December 10)
3. Accompaying person: US$ 140

It is also possible to register by fax. To this end, download the following registration form . Once, you have filled out this registration form, you can fax it to: +41 21 693 76 89.


Cancellation policy:
Cancellations in writing to us by fax or by email received before January 7, 2005 will be considered for a full refund less US$150 to cover a copy of the proceedings and handling costs. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after January 7, 2005, but a copy of the proceedings will be mailed to those registered but unable to attend.
