Registration and Accomodation

Cancellation requests received by 25.04.2012 are entitled to a refund less 300 USD to cover the fixed costs for the conference. No refunds will be issued after the cancellation deadline but a copy of proceedings (either digital or printed depending on the registration) will be sent to those registered but unable to attend.
Support for Students: A limited number of registrations for students presenting their paper at PKC 2012 can be waived by conference organisers. To apply for a waiver, have your advisor send a brief justification to the organizers by 13.03.2012. This deadline is strict. Preference will be given to students from overseas.
Visas: If you need an invitation letter to obtain a visa please send an email to pkc2012@cased.de including the following information: full name as written in the passport, passport nr, issued by, date of issue, date of birth, place of birth, your full affiliation and contact details.
