Language
The conference will be conducted in English.
Insurance and liability
Neither the organisers, nor Scandinavian Congress Center take any
responsibility for injury or damage involving persons or property
during the conference. Participants are advised to take out their own
health and travel insurance.
Bank and currency exchange
There are banks within a walking distance of 5 minutes from the venue.

Monday - Friday 09.30 - 16.00.
Thursday 09.30-18.00
Closed on Saturdays and Sundays
After banking hours cash points accepting major credit cards are
conveniently located all over the city
Currency & Exchange rates
The Danish currency is Kroner (DKK). At the moment (sept. 04) one US$
is the equivalent to approximate DKK 6.07. One Euro (€) is the
equivalent to DKK 7.43.
Car parking
It is possible to park at the venue (The Scandinavian Congress
Center). You will receive a free parking admission at the registration
desk.
Climate
Denmark has a temperate climate. The average temperature during the
period is approximately 15°C. May is often a month with plenty of
sunshine but, be prepared for occasional showers.
Passport & visa
Denmark is a member of the European Union. A visa is required for
citizens of some countries. Please consult the Danish Embassy or
Consulate in your country.
