Registration Information for EUROCRYPT 2008
Early Registration by Monday, March 17, 2008.
On-line registration is done via the
IACR registration form. To use that form you will need your IACR reference number and password. If you do not have this information (e.g., if this is your first IACR conference), you can have the information mailed to you as explained in the registration form. You can pay on-line or by other means, following the instructions there.
The early registration fee for EUROCRYPT 2008 is US$ 530 (US$ 265 for students). To this should be added the IACR membership fee, unless you have registered for an earlier IACR conference this year. The late registration surcharge is US$ 100.

The conference registration fee includes participation in the technical program and all social functions as well as a copy of the conference proceedings, IACR membership for 2008, and a subscription to the Journal of Cryptology for 2008. Accompanying guests can also be registered for participation at the conference social functions (welcome reception, banquet, rump session).
Those who have previously attended an IACR conference or workshop for 2008 should register with their IACR reference number and password. This information can be emailed to you by clicking on the online registration page.
To qualify for a student registration fee, provide scan of your Student-Id card via email to
eurocrypt2008@uekae.tubitak.gov.tr with subject "EUROCRYPT2008 student registration" after the registration (or by fax +90 262 6481100 with heading "EUROCRYPT2008 student registration").
Way of Payment
Credit card is the preferred payment method. The online registration page has a built-in credit card payment feature.
Confirmation and Receipts
Confirmation of conference registration will be emailed to you. Therefore please ensure you provide an email address when you register online. Receipts are issued online by IACR upon registration.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations via email to the General Chair received before March 28, 2008 (GMT) will be considered for a full refund less US$90 to cover a copy of the proceedings and handling costs. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after March 28, 2008 (GMT), but a copy of the proceedings will be mailed to those registered but unable to attend.
Accommodation
Note that conference registration and hotel accommodation is separate.

Stipends
A limited number of stipends are available to students funded by IACR.
Preference will be given to those ones who are presenting papers at the conference.
To apply for a stipend, ask your advisor or department chair to send a brief justification to the General Chair by 11/02/2008. |
