A choice of hotels, where special arrangements have been made for the CHES 2009 workshop, is proposed below.

You can book either by email by clicking the reservation buttons below or by fax by completing the reservation form. You MUST in any case identify yourself as an attendee to the CHES 2009 workshop when making the reservation, in order to receive the special rate. Please indicate the type and the credit card number, the expiration date, the CVC code (the 3 security numbers that appear on the back of the card), the room category, the arrival and departure dates, and the arrival time.

Deadlines for reservations are indicated for each hotel below. After the deadline, the reduced prices or room availability cannot be guaranteed. It is therefore strongly recommended to book as soon as possible.

Lausanne Transport Card

Upon arrival to your hotel, please ask for a Lausanne Transport Card (included in the rates) at the reception desk. You will have access to free rides in public transportation in the greater Lausanne area. This card is personal and non-transferable. (Not applicable to hotel L'Union).

Built in 1895, this beautiful residence of neoclassic style is located only 300 m away from Lausanne train station and 800 m from the Ouchy waterfront on Lake Geneva.
Entirely renovated in 2006, Le Boulevard is particularly adapted to mid to long stay clients; most of its 21 rooms and suites have a kitchenette and the hotel is equipped with wi-fi Internet connection, IDD telephone system and cable television access.
