The proceedings of PKC'04 will be published in the Springer's LNCS series and be available at the conference. For your paper to appear in the proceedings and be presented at the conference, you should fulfill the following by the

DEADLINE OF   DECEMBER 15, 2003.
1) Revise your paper taking into account the referees' comments. The TOTAL page number of camera-ready copy should be NO LONGER THAN 14 PAGES in the Springer's LNCS proceedings FORMAT. (see Authors Instructions at http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html.)

2) Send the camera-ready paper in a zipped file to pkc2004@i2r.a-star.edu.sg with a subject line "PKC’04 camera-ready paper
<your_paper_no>". It should include pdf or ps plus ALL source files, and use your paper number as the zipped file name.

3) PKC 2004 is sponsored by IACR. Therefore, the authors are required to sign IACR copyright form instead of Springer copyright form. Please download the copyright form from http://www.iacr.org/forms/copyright_agreement.html, fill in and sign it, and fax it to +65-67755014 (attention to DR JIANYING ZHOU).

4)  Register to the conference, and the payment of registration fee must be received by the deadline of  January 15, 2004. At least one author of each accepted paper must register to the conference.
