registration

Registration is done via the IACR registration form (click here to go to the online registration form). To use the form you will need your IACR reference number and password. If you do not have this information (e.g., if this is your first IACR conference), you can have the information mailed to you as explained at the registration site.

The early registration fee for Eurocrypt 2012 is US$570 (US$285 for students). To this should be added the IACR membership dues, unless you have already attended a previous IACR conference earlier this year. If you register after March 15th there is a late registration surcharge of US$120.

This is the first Eurocrypt that implements the new IACR policy re proceedings. The conference fee does NOT include a printed copy of the proceedings (but will include a USB stick containing the proceedings). If you want a printed proceeding, you must select this an additional option and pay $50 extra.

accompanying persons

The Eurocrypt 2012 social event will take place on the evening of Wednesday, April 18, at Robinson College. The conference welcome reception will take place on the evening of Sunday, April 15 at the West Road Concert Hall. Additional tickets for accompanying persons to attend both these two events can be purchased as part of the registration process.

excursion

On Thursday afternoon we have an excursion to Bletchley Park, followed by a drinks reception in the early evening at the Park. Tickets to go on the excursion are purchased separately from registration via the web site

walking tour

On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons we are offering a guided walking tour of Cambridge; followed by afternoon tea in a College. There is no free afternoon this year, so you can select which of the sessions you would like to miss to enable you to go on this event. confirmation and receipts

Confirmation of conference registration will be emailed to you. Therefore please ensure you provide an email address when you register online. Receipts are issued by IACR upon registration.

cancellation policy

Cancellations requests should be made in writing or email to the conference general chair. Those received by March 23, 2010 will receive a full refund less US$120 to cover a copy of the USB proceedings and fixed costs for the conference. No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date, but a copy of the proceedings will be mailed to those registered but unable to attend.
