Submissions must not substantially duplicate work that any of the authors has published elsewhere, or has submitted in parallel to any journal or any other conference/workshop with published proceedings. Submissions violating these rules will be rejected and violators may be punished in accordance with IACR rules. We reserve the right to share information about submissions with other program committees to detect parallel submissions.Submissions must be in PDF, with at most 14 pages (excluding references and appendices) in single-column format using 11pt fonts and reasonable margins. Submissions may be rejected automatically for flagrant violation of these requirements. Please note that reviewers are not required to read the appendices, and so the main body of submitted papers should be intelligible on its own.
Submissions must be fully anonymous, with no author names, affiliations, acknowledgments, or obvious references to authors' other work. Each paper should begin with a title, abstract, and introduction summarizing the contributions of the paper at a level understandable by a general cryptography audience.
At least one author of each accepted paper is required to present the paper at the workshop.
