Please note that the NIST campus is not open to the general public. Unregistered visitors may not enter. There is no on-site registration for meetings held at NIST. Photo identification must be presented at the main gate to be admitted to the conference.

NON U.S. CITIZENS PLEASE NOTE:
All foreign national visitors who do not have permanent resident (Green Card) status and who wish to register for PKC 2015 must supply additional information. Failure to provide this information prior to arrival will result, at a minimum, in significant delays (up to 24 hours) in entering the facility. Authority to gather this information is derived from United States Department of Commerce Department Administrative Order (DAO) number 207-12.

If you have U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card) status, your U.S. Permanent Resident/Green Card identification will be required to enter NIST.

Registration will close Monday, March 23, 2015. There is no on-site registration for meetings held at the NIST campus. All attendees must be pre-registered.

There will be NO on-site registration. All attendees MUST be registered in advance to access the NIST campus.

IACR dues are an additional $50 for regular attendees and $25 for student attendees.

Cancellation requests received by 02.13.2015 are entitled to a refund. No refunds will be issued after the cancellation deadline, but a copy of proceedings will be sent to those registered but unable to attend.

Registration Information

The conference registration fee includes participation in the technical program and the Welcome Cocktail Reception (Sunday evening). Accompanying guests can also be registered to attend the Welcome Cocktail Reception, at a cost of $75/person. PLEASE NOTE: LUNCH IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION FEE. Attendees will be responsible for purchasing their own lunch at the NIST full-service cafeteria or, if they have a vehicle, at a local restaurant off campus.

Those who have previously attended an IACR conference or workshop should register with their IACR reference number and password. This information can be retrieved by clicking the appropriate box on the registration page.

Confirmation of conference registration will be sent by email. Therefore, please ensure that a valid email address is provided when registering online. Receipts are issued by IACR upon registration.

Students

Students presenting a paper at PKC 2015 may apply to have their registration fee waived. If you are a student speaker and would like to apply, please contact the General Chair, pkc2015 [at] iacr.org with the subject “PKC2015 Student”, by January 31, 2015. Waivers will be granted on a first-come first-serve basis while funds last.

PLEASE CHECK IF YOU HAVE VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR TRAVELING TO THE UNITED STATES. It is advised to start this process early as it may take significant time for some. New IACR policy for proceedings

The registration fee will include a USB drive containing an electronic copy of the proceedings. However, it does NOT include a printed copy of the proceedings. Important: If you would like to obtain printed copies, please select the option during registration and pay $50 USD for each printed proceeding.
