The Cybersecurity Research Group is looking to expand. There is a job opportunity for a post-doctoral researcher who wishes to work in applied cryptography, including topics such as leakage resilience, secure implementations, side channels, or primitives for PETs, ZK, etc. The job includes a small teaching load (4hrs per week during term time), and it requires willingness to collaborate with members of the Digital Age Research Centre (across typical disciplinary boundaries). The starting salary is just over 60k (paid in 14 instalments), the starting date is negotiable (ideally no later than September 2023).
